At BloxyGoods.com, we sell digital game items only. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final. However, we do allow refunds in limited circumstances, outlined below.
1. General Policy
- All purchases are non-refundable once the digital item has been delivered.
- Refunds are only considered if:
- The item was not delivered.
- There was a technical error that prevented you from receiving your item.

- Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after purchase).
- Issues caused by violating the Terms of Service of the game/platform.
- Unauthorized purchases made by third parties (family, friends, etc.).

2. Refund Requests
- To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
- You will need to provide:
- Order ID or receipt.
- Description of the issue.

- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Chargebacks
- Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited.
- Customers who file chargebacks without first contacting us may be banned from future purchases.
4. Delivery Issues
- If your item was not delivered correctly, please reach out to us.
- We will first attempt to re-deliver the item before considering a refund.
